If you have received an item/product that is defective/damaged, please write to us at email@example.com, quoting the Order Number. Our support team will contact you and guide you through the return/exchange process.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we shall not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item/s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item/s that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned order is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated for the returned item in the form of a Discount Coupon/Voucher, with a validity of 45 days. You will be notified about the same through email or WhatsApp.
In case you would like a refund to your original payment method, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name and order number with a request for the same. The refund in such cases, once approved, will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 days. For orders shipped by Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided through Google Pay, PhonePe or to your Bank Account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale item/s cannot be refunded/exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace item/s if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the return request for your order is approved, a return pickup for the order will be initiated. Once the return is authorized, our courier partner will contact you for the pick up of the order.
In the event Return Pickup facility is not available at your location, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item/s. In this case, please send the product(s) to: Neshe, 302, Juhu Shantivan, Gulmohur Cross Road #6, JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle West, Mumbai, MH, India, 400049.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item you received arrived damaged/defective; in which case the shipping cost will also be refunded to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
